Our selection process is the most thorough in the industry.  We personally meet with each individual applicant before they are asked to join our corporation. Each Santa must be able to pass the latest and most thorough drug and background checks.  Each Santa must also maintain the highest moral standards.

A Santa from Naturally Santa Inc., does not smoke, drink or womanize.  Our Santas maintain a pleasant disposition under the highest stress levels.  We take pride in Santas  that can keep it upbeat and positive over the long hours as well as the seven day a week grind required over the time that makes up the holiday season.

Not all applicants are selected. Not everyone can meet the Naturally Santa Inc. standards.
